Civi360 is ideal if you want to get started for the first time on a CRM, it's quick and easy and intuitive to use. We include on demand learning resources for getting started and we are always happy to help. We also offer some extra pro-active support options:

Enhanced Onboarding: £500 (ex VAT) includes a 2 hour workshop to help with configuration followed by three further sessions to support your users get up and running. We'll provide links to documentation, answer questions and help your users undertake core configuration tasks to enure you have a smooth start. 

Super-user Package: £2,000 (ex VAT) includes a 2 hour workshop to help with configuration plus a further 2 hour workshop to give your adminstrators full control over the system. We'll also run up to 5 further sessions to deliver user training for different roles within the system and help those users configure membership types, event registrations, etc. At least one of these will cover report building to ensure your team get the most out of the data you collect.

Data Migration service

If you are moving from a different CRM we can help you migrate your data from your old systems. Use our expertise and save time and effort. We can also help you reduce duplication. We always recommend a good data spring clean before you move across and can help you with best ways to approach this. 

Starting from £750 (ex VAT) depending on the volume and type of data you need to transfer.
